I found the rooms modern with good equipment. The swimming pool area was calm with a great setup. Staff showed extreme helpfulness and warmth. I am greatful to the front desk team.

I noted a limited number of elevators cause significant wait times. This affected quick movement within the hotel. More elevators would improve convenience.

the gym had treadmills and stationary bikes. the pool area had loungers and a shaded section. environmentally conscious, the hotel uses glass bottles (i liked that).

i found that the cleaning of the room was around 4-5 pm daily, late for my schedule.

The street nearby has a lot of nightlife. It can be noisy at night.

wonderful scents and serene relaxation

zen area breakfast variety thoughtful touch

I stayed at this place for a week and booked three rooms. They cleaned them every day. i really loved the zen area. It had such a relaxing vibe and let me enjoy nature. the breakfast included a variety of options daily. I made sure to order the cha tra mue thai milk tea and kaya toast every morning. the hotel also provided a free tuk-tuk ride to nana bts station every hour. It was a thoughtful touch.

Upon arrival, two elevators worked fine, but the next day, only one was operating. the day after, both elevators were not working. I had to use the small service elevator. this caused a queue. the situation was quite inconvenient.
