I found the rooms modern with good equipment. The swimming pool area was calm with a great setup. Staff showed extreme helpfulness and warmth. I am greatful to the front desk team.
This affected quick movement within the hotel.

the gym had treadmills and stationary bikes. the pool area had loungers and a shaded section. environmentally conscious, the hotel uses glass bottles (i liked that).
i found that the cleaning of the room was around 4-5 pm daily, late for my schedule.

I stayed at this place for a week and booked three rooms. They cleaned them every day. i really loved the zen area. It had such a relaxing vibe and let me enjoy nature. the breakfast included a variety of options daily. I made sure to order the cha tra mue thai milk tea and kaya toast every morning. the hotel also provided a free tuk-tuk ride to nana bts station every hour. It was a thoughtful touch.
this caused a queue. the situation was quite inconvenient.
